What do we offer you?

You will perform various types of sampling, handle test results and referrals. Additionally, the position involves performing EKGs, assisting our doctors and nurses with various examinations, and participating in minor surgeries. Some independent consultations will be included, such as blood pressure checks, etc. The clinic uses the Cosmic journal system, and we would like you to be able to handle this system.

Our view of primary care is that we work together with all competencies, where all parts are equally important. We also have a stable team of doctors. It is easy to reach us via public transportation. We see it as a given that you want to contribute to a joyful work environment!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. You should have experience in sampling, wound dressing, catheterization, and blood pressure measurement. You have good patient care skills and enjoy providing excellent service. You are meticulous and efficient, take initiative, are responsible, and have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Clinic

Vårdcentralen Söder is located in a somewhat spectacular building at Trädgårdsgatan 10 in the pleasant Söder area of Växjö. The center is easily accessible via two pedestrian bridges over the railway, and it is just as easy to get here by train or bus. The clinic has about 10,700 registered patients, and it includes child healthcare. We are responsible for two nursing homes in Växjö. The patient group is quite diverse, but the population is relatively young. We are about 32 permanently employed individuals who share responsibility for the daily operations at the clinic. We are a very nice team with high competence. Our work environment is characterized by warmth, helpfulness, and humor. The unique property of Vårdcentralen Söder has a homely atmosphere that is appreciated by patients, children, and parents, as well as by us who work here. The outdoor environment is also special, with our own garden where we like to spend lunch and coffee breaks.

Our physiotherapists have their clinics at Vida Arena. This is particularly beneficial because the proximity and collaboration with Vida Arena's excellent gym is advantageous for many of our patients.
